The space we have dictated the need for a smaller size dishwasher. I have been impressed with the capacity. It cleans well. I do wish it had a heated dry. Trying to wash any plastic refrigerator dishes or bowls leaves the whole load wet

After cycle is completed there is a lot of moisture inside. This is dishwasher seams not to dry all the way.

Disappointed with the whole order situation. 47 days to deliver and 2 more days to wait for installation with guys that did not speak English. Not sure they knew what they were doing.
Also, it appears that this appliance, dishwasher doesn't have a heating element/option. Can't imagine a dishwasher that dry your dishes. Not sure that what features on the panel actually work?

We are actually returning this and replacing it with a Maytag. There are several reasons I hate this unit. The door when opened hits you in the legs, the silverware caddy does not fit the handles of our silverware (they are too wide), the tub is far too small for us and because it is ADA, the legs have to be adjusted for a standard height countertop and it looks like crap! I am sure it could be a nice unit for a single person with a disability, as it does seem to clean well, but it does not work for us.

This GE dishwasher was recommended to me as a reliable ADA compliant dishwasher. Even though I had a bad experience with a previous GE clothes dryer (the timer kept failing, even after three replacements) I decided to go with the recommendation, and so far the dishwasher has been performing well. It doesn't have a very efficient rack system for dishes (I cannot fit as many dishes into the washer as a I could with my previous Asco ADA compliant dishwasher) it seems to do a very good job of cleaning the dishes and leaving them spot free.

Dishes don't dry unless you open the door right after the cycle. Other than that, I'm pleased with the unit.

Although the pull out shelves and utensil basket are very flimsy, the dishes seem to get clean. This is a very basic dishwasher. Consider saving and using the utensil basket from your replaced dishwasher.

The dishwasher cleans okay but I had to buy rack prong extensions. The back, left side had such short prongs that is wouldn't even hold my small salad plates and that was what they showed in their depiction of how to load your dishes. My prior unit was the same brand and I'd loved it. It had the silverware basket on the door. Why they changed a good thing is beyond me. Also, installed, it leaves gaps on the sides.

I did 2 washes on this new machine, both came out torally wet, the dishwasher itself was all watery. The fist wash was a short one, and there was water everywhere, the second wash I dis a long one , the soap didnt disolve, everything was dirty and very wet

I set about 10 feet away from where my dishwasher is located in the kitchen. I can hardly hear it when it is working its' hardest and not at all when it's not. I am truly lovin it. The racks are a little different than I am use to but I'll get use to them I am sure. I'm also livin the flexibility in operational options because not every load is the same.

I just had to say goodbye to my GE ADA dishwasher GLDT690DWW-00. It was everything I could have wanted in a dishwasher. This new dishwasher is very quiet, is roomier than my last model, and does an excellent job washing and drying the dishes. However, unlike the last one, I find the bottom rack extremely difficult to load. It will not hold 9"x13" baking dishes, my roasting pan, or more than one saucepan. It seems to be designed only for dishes and silverware. I don't like having to wash so many large items by hand. I feel the silverware basket takes up too much room and it is only held in place by the weight of the contents when loaded. In my opinion, it could have been positioned better.
